Our operation at Bk Giulini Specialities is a bit of a mix. We have the technical side at Plot No. 615, but then there’s the office part over at Churchgate Chambers on New Marine Lines. It’s a bit of a back-and-forth between the busy industrial area and the more city-centered office. The guys at the plot are usually knee-deep in the specialty work we do. It’s specialized stuff, so it requires a bit more attention to detail than just general manufacturing. We aren't a huge multinational with thousands of employees; we're a smaller team focused on these specific products. The office at Churchgate is where the phone calls get answered and the orders get sorted out. It’s a lot quieter there than at the plot. Sometimes it feels like two different worlds. Down at Plot 615, it's all about the materials and the production schedules. We have to make sure everything is handled correctly because the specialties we deal with can be finicky. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy branding. We just talk to our customers plainly and tell them what we can do. It’s a lot of coordination to keep the communication smooth between the two locations. Most of our days are spent checking specs and making sure the logistics aren't getting tangled up. We just aim to do a decent job and keep the business running smoothly from both our spots. We have been doing this for long enough to know the drill.
