We are located at Aditya Brand & Financial Management Serv, which is based in Maker Bhavan 3 in New Marine Lines. Our office is on the 2nd floor, room 214. Being in South Mumbai is quite different from the suburbs. The buildings here, like Maker Bhavan, have a very specific feel to them—lots of history and very solid. We handle brand and financial management stuff here. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some old wooden desks and computers that have seen better days but still work fine. New Marine Lines is a busy area, especially with the courts and all the other offices nearby. You can always hear the trains passing by if you listen closely. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of us take the train into Churchgate and then walk over. It’s a short walk and quite pleasant in the winter months. We don't do anything too flashy. Our work involves a lot of reading and checking figures. It’s a quiet office for the most part, unless we are having a bit of a disagreement about where to order lunch from. We like the neighborhood because it feels like the real center of the city’s business history. It’s a no-nonsense place to work, and we like it that way. Most people who visit us have been coming here for years and know exactly where room 214 is.
