We are tucked away on the third floor of the Ahura Center on Mahakalicaves Road. If you know Andheri East, you know it’s a hub of activity. We are in the A-wing, specifically the I2 department of the Aditya Birla Group. It’s a large building, so it can be easy to get lost if you’re not looking for the right signs. Our office space is pretty standard for a big city. We have rows of cubicles and that specific smell of air conditioning and printer toner. It’s a busy environment where people are always moving around with laptops or coffee mugs. Even though it’s a big company name, our department feels like its own little world. We have our own jokes and our own way of doing things. The traffic on Mahakalicaves Road is legendary, so we often talk about how long it took us to get to work. It’s not all polished and perfect; sometimes the printer jams right when we need it, or the meeting rooms are all booked up. We just find a way to make it work. We aren't here to put on a show for visitors. We have a job to do, and we try to do it efficiently. It’s a lot of data, emails, and meetings, just like any other office in Mumbai. We are just a small part of a much bigger machine, but we take pride in our corner.
