Our shop is in Luckey Mansion on Durga Devi Street. It’s right in the heart of Kumbharwada, near Grant Road. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s packed with metal shops and small industries. We fit right in with the rest of them. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but we’ve made our home here for a long time. We handle various types of metals. Most of the day is spent dealing with the noise and the heat of the street. It’s a busy place with people moving carts and trucks trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's mostly just a place to talk shop and sort out the orders. Our desk is usually covered in scraps of paper and notes from phone calls. We know most of the other shop owners around here, so there is a bit of a community feel despite the chaos. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We don't use any fancy software to run things, just a pen and a notebook usually does the trick for us. People know they can find us here six days a week. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do and we’ve been doing it for years. We just try to be honest and get the job done properly.
