Adinath Metal Industrial Pvt. Ltd. is based at 19, New Islam Mill Compound on Curry Road. This whole area is very industrial, always filled with the sounds of heavy machinery and trucks backing in and out. Our unit is tucked deep inside the compound, and it’s a place that definitely feels used. There’s a bit of dust on the windows and that distinct smell of metal and oil in the air, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't go spending money on fancy decorations or expensive office chairs. Instead, we put our focus on the machines and the work we do on the floor. The guys who work here are good at what they do, handling the metal with a lot of practical skill they’ve picked up over the years. Curry Road can be a real headache to navigate because it’s so crowded, but we’ve managed to make it our home regardless. Most days involve a lot of talking and moving things around to get materials in and the finished products out the door. We take our tea breaks when we can and keep the work moving at a steady pace.
