Adenwala Associates

So, Adenwala Associates is tucked away on the second floor of Chandan Apartment. You’ll find us in Dsouza Colony right on College Road. It is a pretty well-known part of town, so finding the building isn't too hard once you get to that stretch of road. We have two locations mentioned in our address, spanning across Kolhapur and Nashik, but our main daily operations happen right here in this apartment. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the team and our files. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze in the afternoons, which is nice when it gets hot outside. We have been in this area for a bit and we like the vibe of College Road because there is always something happening. It can get a bit crowded with parked scooters and cars during peak hours, so sometimes you have to walk a little bit from the main street. We don’t really do much in terms of decoration; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and bookshelves filled with work stuff. It’s an honest place where we spend most of our daylight hours. Usually, we are busy with paperwork or talking to people on the phone. We don't really have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the apartment name on the gate. It's a plain, working environment without any extra frills or fancy stuff. It is just a regular local business setup.
