Adarkar Neera Arvind

We’re located in Mahim, specifically in the Anil Industrial Estate on Ajod Dairy Road. You have to head up to room 604 to find us. It’s a typical industrial building, so it’s not exactly a luxury spot, but it works for what we do. I’m Neera Arvind Adarkar, and I spend most of my days here surrounded by rolls of drawings and old files. The light in the office is actually pretty good in the afternoons. It can get a bit noisy in the estate with all the different businesses going on, but it keeps things interesting. Most people who come to see us are looking for practical solutions for their building projects. We don't go for the really flashy stuff. We just try to make sure things are solid and functional. Being in Mahim is great because it’s central, although the traffic on the road outside can be a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been in this unit for a while now, and we know the other tenants. It’s a bit of a community. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening when the rest of the building is quiet. There's no big corporate vibe here, just us doing our jobs and trying to keep our clients happy with honest work. We take the stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens more than I’d like.
