Active System

We are based out of Karjat in the Raigad district of Maharashtra. Active System is a small operation, and we like it that way. Being in Karjat means we are a bit away from the extreme noise of Mumbai, though it still gets busy around here during the peak hours. The air feels a bit different than in the heart of the city, which is a nice change of pace for us. Our office is a simple building where we keep all our gear and systems organized. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just have good tools to work with. There are a lot of trees around our area, and sometimes you can hear the birds even when you’re inside trying to focus. It’s a very local atmosphere; everyone knows everyone else in this part of town. We mostly spend our time checking through systems and making sure everything is running smoothly for the people who rely on us. There’s no big boss in a suit here. We all just chip in and do what needs to be done, whether it’s fixing a technical issue or just tidying up the office. We usually have a bit of a lunch break together where we share whatever we brought from home. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been part of the 410201 community for a long time now and we plan to stay here for a lot longer. We just take it one day at a time and do our thing.
