Acme Machinery International

Acme Machinery International is found near Shanti Bhavan, right on the Sewri Wadala Cross Road. We share the space with the Nav Yug Tarun Utsai Commitee area. This part of Mumbai has a very industrial and busy feel to it, which suits the kind of machinery work we do. The building is older and has that solid, heavy look to it. Inside, it is often a bit noisy because of the traffic outside and the general hum of the equipment we keep around. We have a lot of metal parts and heavy tools sitting on the shelves, and the floors are made of thick concrete that has seen plenty of use. It isn't the cleanest place in the world, as there is always a bit of grease or dust around, but that is expected in this line of work. We usually have the main doors open to let the trucks come and go easily. The staff wears practical clothes because we are always moving things around or checking on mechanical parts. It can be quite a climb to get around if you aren't used to the layout, but we have our system down. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a quick break from the heat. We don't worry much about how the office looks to outsiders; we just care about getting the machinery sorted and keeping everything moving along as it should.
