Accounttellect Advisors Llp is over at D113 in the Eastern Business District. It gets pretty busy around here in the Mumbai Suburban area, especially when the rains start and everyone is trying to get into the building at once to stay dry. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing with numbers and advice. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves in the back room. Most days, we’re just sitting here going through paperwork and talking to people who drop by for a chat. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if the traffic on the main road is bad, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get some real work done. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs because their ginger tea is actually decent and cheap. Sometimes the lift acts up or gets stuck between floors, so we take the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate giant with a PR team. We just like helping folks out with their tax stuff and making sure the books look right at the end of the month. It’s mostly just us working through the pile of documents every morning and trying to keep things somewhat organized. The air conditioning sometimes makes a weird rattling noise when it's hot, but you get used to it.
