Accenture

Our place is Accenture, located over in Shanti Nagar, which is part of Mira Road East in Thane. We are in Sector 3, specifically C-12, room 401. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s where we do all our work. Mira Road is always bustling, and there’s a lot of people moving around all the time. It’s a typical suburban setup. We have been working out of this space for a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s just a functional office where we can sit down and get into the technology side of things. The commute can be a bit much if you’re coming from far away, but once we’re here, it’s all about the work. We have our computers set up and we just go through the daily tasks. Sometimes the weather in Thane gets pretty intense, especially during the monsoon, but we just keep the windows shut and keep working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the software and services we handle are taken care of. It’s a simple operation with a few dedicated people. We eat lunch together sometimes and talk about normal things, not just work. It feels like a real community in Shanti Nagar. We’re just another business in the building trying to do a good job every day. It gets noisy with the city sounds, but that is just part of being in Thane.
