We are Absteam Agency (India) Ltd., and you can find us on Level 10 of Sakhar Bhawan. Room 102 to be exact. Being in Nariman Point is quite something, even if our office is just a regular work space. Sakhar Bhawan is one of those classic Mumbai buildings, and being on the tenth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just other buildings. The elevators can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We’re an agency, so our days are filled with a lot of coordination and talking to different people across the country. It’s a lot of paperwork and administrative stuff. We don't have a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. The sea is right there, so sometimes we walk down to Marine Drive after we finish for the day just to get some fresh air. The office has a few old desks and some filing cabinets that have been there forever. It’s a quiet place for the most part, which is nice considering how busy Mumbai is outside. We don’t really do anything promotional; we just handle our clients and keep things running smoothly. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve been in Sakhar Bhawan long enough that it feels like home to us after all these years of coming here and sitting at these same desks.
