Started this place at Shop No 10 Sairajnagar in Kandivali West because people around here needed help with project money and how to run things. We’ve been here in Mumbai for a while now. Dealing with finance is a bit of a headache for most folks, especially when it comes to big international projects. We just sit here and look at papers and try to make sense of the management side of things. It’s a small shop in Midc Tarapur area. Sometimes it gets busy, sometimes it's quiet. People walk in asking about loans or how to structure their business plans. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything. Just a few desks and a lot of files. Management consulting sounds big, but mostly it's just talking through problems and seeing where the money goes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's honest work. The address is easy to find if you know the Sairajnagar society. We've been around the block and seen how projects can go wrong if the finance isn't sorted out early. It’s not magic, despite the name. Just hard work and knowing who to talk to. Most of our days are spent checking regulations or helping a client figure out their next move.
