Our place is on the ground floor of Bhupati Chamber, over at 13 Matthew Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the ground floor makes it easier for people to drop in. We work on bulk handling, which basically means we figure out how to move huge amounts of stuff like coal or grain or ore. It’s not something you see every day unless you work at the docks or big industrial sites. The office is usually full of maps and technical drawings. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different sites. It’s not exactly quiet here with the street noise right outside the door. We’ve got a small crew in the office, and then there are the folks out in the field. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up, which isn't great in this heat, but we get through it. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure the big machines at the ports are doing their job. We don’t really do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name on the equipment. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure things don't get stuck. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next shipment coming in.
