Santosh Contractor

Our office for Santosh Contractor is a bit unusual because we are on the 6th floor of the Hexagon Building. We are in flat number 602 in the Motiram Pride complex, which is near Green City on B-Cabin Road. Most people expect a contractor to be on the ground floor, but we like it up here. It’s where we do all our thinking and planning. The office is usually a mess of blueprints, site photos, and scraps of paper with measurements on them. We spend a lot of our time out at different construction sites, but this is our home base. It feels more like a lived-in space than a corporate office. We have a small table where we sit and drink tea while we figure out the schedules for the coming weeks. Santosh started this business years ago with just a few tools and a lot of hard work. We have stayed small because we like to be involved in every project we take on. B-Cabin Road is a good area, and we have many friends nearby. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people recommending us to their neighbors. It is a lot of responsibility to build things for people, and we take it one day at a time. It’s not a perfect system, but it has worked for us so far.
