Fatemi Lifting Corporation

Fatemi Lifting Corporation is located at 179 Quay Street. We are right in the Darukhana area, very close to the Udipi Hotel near Reay Road. If you know the area, you know it's a very industrial part of town. There’s a lot of old iron and scrap around here, which fits what we do perfectly. We deal with lifting equipment and all that kind of heavy gear. It’s a dusty place, and the noise from the docks and the workshops never really stops. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most people use the hotel as a landmark to find us because the street numbers can be a bit confusing if you’re not used to them. Our building is old, but it’s sturdy and holds all the heavy stuff we need to store. It’s not a place for suits and ties. Most of us are in work clothes all day because things get greasy pretty fast. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. People just call us or walk in when they need something lifted or moved. It’s a very practical business. Sometimes the traffic on Quay Street gets backed up with big lorries, but that’s just life in Darukhana. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the gear out to the people who need it. It’s hard work, but we like it.
