You can find our office in Dadar, specifically at 36th Cross in the 4th T-block. It is a lively neighborhood, and we have been based here for quite a while now. We run a cab service, which basically means we spend most of our day on the phone or checking the logs. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of cars, just a reliable fleet that we keep in good shape. The office is small, tucked away in the block, and mostly holds a few chairs and a table where we keep the keys. We started this because we knew the roads in Dadar better than anyone else. Our drivers are mostly local men who have lived here their whole lives. We don't use any of those high-tech tracking screens; we just talk to our drivers over the radio or phone. Maintenance takes up a lot of our time. There is always a tire to change or an engine to check. We don't have a marketing team or a big advertising budget. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who have had our number for years. We like it that way. It’s a bit old-school, but it works for us. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer, so we usually have the fan running full blast. We drink a lot of tea from the stall around the corner while we wait for bookings. It is a steady life and we just keep the wheels turning day after day.
