Aaron Bags

We are located near Station Road in Malad West, right where all the action is. Aaron Bags has been around this area for a while now. Being so close to the station means there is a constant stream of people passing by. It is never really quiet here. You can hear the trains and the announcements throughout the day. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have our machines lined up along the wall and a large table in the middle for cutting the fabric. It is a bit cramped, especially when we are trying to move large rolls of cloth around. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to do. We just know how to make bags and that is what we do from morning until evening. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, which gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We aren't looking to become some huge company. We like being a local fixture in Malad. The work is repetitive, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we enjoy. We get our supplies from local vendors whenever possible. It feels good to be part of the local economy. If you come by, don't expect a showroom. Expect to see people working hard and a lot of thread on the floor. That’s just the way it is with us and we are okay with it.
