You can find us at Shop No 12 in the Ruby Co-Op Housing Society, over in Borivali West in the Virgo Nagar area. We've been dealing with steel for a long time. It’s a heavy job, and the shop is usually full of pipes, sheets, and rods leaning against the walls. It doesn't look like much, just a workspace with a lot of metal and the smell of grinding wheels. We cut things to size for builders or just for people doing repairs on their houses. The floor is usually covered in some dust, and we wear heavy boots because you don't want to drop a steel bar on your toe. We aren't some big industrial factory, just a local center where you can get what you need without a lot of talking. We mostly work with the contractors around Borivali who know we have the basics in stock. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow street, which is always a headache. But we manage. It’s just a couple of us here moving things around and making sure the measurements are right. We don't do fancy marketing or anything. If someone needs steel, they usually just know to come to Ruby building and look for shop twelve. It’s simple, physical work, and we’ve been doing it this way for years now.
