We've been at Office No. 5 on the first floor of Patel Shopping Center for a while now. It’s right there on Sainath Road in Malad West. Most people in the neighborhood know the building. Dealing with steel and alloys is what we do every day. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the paperwork and files, but we manage. You walk up the stairs and you’ll find us easily enough. Malad is a busy place, and being in the shopping center means there's always something going on outside. We handle different kinds of metal requirements for various people and companies. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic on Sainath Road is a total mess, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache for everyone involved. We mostly focus on making sure the orders for Aakanksha Steel And Alloys are correct before they go out. There are a few of us here just doing the daily grind. We don’t have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly phone calls and managing the inventory from the desk. People come by when they need to discuss specific alloy types or check on their steel supplies. We try to keep things simple.
