Our office is tucked away on the ground floor of Building 47 in the Fam CHS complex. We are in Sector 11 of Koper Khairne, specifically at Plot 20. It’s a quiet corner of Navi Mumbai if you compare it to the main city. Being in Flat No. 003 makes it pretty easy for people to find us without having to climb any stairs. Aakanksha Placement Services has been operating from here for some time now. It’s a simple setup with just enough room for our files and a couple of computers. We see people coming in and out all day looking for work or asking questions about jobs. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless there's a really good reason to dress up. Most of the time, it's just us handling the paperwork and talking to folks who stop by. Navi Mumbai has its own pace, and we’ve definitely adapted to it. There’s a lot of activity around Sector 11, so there’s always something going on nearby. We just try to keep things honest and straightforward here. If the phones are ringing, we answer them. If someone walks in, we talk to them. It’s not a complicated way to run a business, but it seems to work for us and the people in this neighborhood. We’ve grown fond of this little ground-floor spot in Maharashtra and we plan to stay here for a good while.
