You can find A S Agarwal over at the Chandrabala Estate in Guruwar Peth. We are specifically in the Sagar Building, unit 223/1. This part of town is always crowded, especially during the market hours. It is one of those old-school buildings where everyone knows each other’s business. I spend most of my day here at the desk. The hallways in Sagar Building are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when people are moving boxes around. Guruwar Peth has that specific energy that you do not find in the newer parts of the city. We have been at this address for a good while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we just haven't gotten around to it yet. It is a practical space. Nothing is too shiny or polished here. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit by the window. There is a tea stall not too far away that everyone from Chandrabala Estate visits. It is just a regular workplace for us. We do not try to make it look like something it isn't. If you are looking for 223/1, just head up the main stairs and keep going past the first few doors. We are usually here until late evening.
