A One Packers & Movers

Working at A One Packers & Movers means I am always around boxes and tape. Our main spot is at 11 Kandivali East Tardeo Nana Chowk Road. It's a bit of a long address, but that's where we operate from. Most days start early before the traffic gets too bad. We spend a lot of time wrapping things up in bubble wrap or old newspapers. You’d be surprised how much stuff people have in their homes. My back usually aches by the end of the day from lifting the heavier crates. We have a couple of trucks that we keep maintained. The office part is just a small corner with a phone and a logbook. I spend more time out on the road than sitting in a chair. Moving people from one place to another is a lot of work. We see all kinds of houses. Some are easy to move out of, others have narrow stairs that make things difficult. I try to make sure everything is loaded properly so nothing breaks. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordination. The area around Nana Chowk Road is always congested, so we have to plan our timings carefully. It's just a regular job of moving things from point A to point B. We just take the calls and get to work. It’s messy and tiring, but the job needs to be done every day for our customers.
