A J Plastic

A J Plastic is located over in Kandivali East within the Gidc area. We are on the 322nd floor of the Dattani Centre, which is a bit of a trek when the lift is acting up. It’s a large building filled with all sorts of small companies. We focus on plastic manufacturing, mostly just small parts that other businesses need for their products. The workspace is filled with crates and a few old machines that we’ve had for a long time. They make a lot of noise, but they are reliable. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few shelves for the tools. The floor is usually covered in some plastic offcuts, so we have to sweep it a few times a day. We have a small team of workers who have been with us since we opened. We eat our lunch together near the window where there’s a bit of a breeze. Being in Makarpura means there are always trucks moving around downstairs. It’s a very industrial vibe. We don't really have a sales team. If someone needs something, they usually just find our number or come up to the office. We try to keep things straightforward. We don’t make big promises, we just do the work we’re given and try to finish it on time. It's a bit dusty and loud, but that is how it goes here.
