9191 Cars Pvt. Ltd. is up on the first floor of the Exim Link Building. We are located right opposite the container yard in the Mulund-Nahar area. It’s a very busy part of town with all the big trucks going in and out of the yard all day long. Our office at 109 is usually full of stacks of papers and various car keys. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out in the sun looking at vehicles. It isn't one of those huge showrooms with bright lights and music. It is more of a working office where we handle the small details. Selling cars or managing a fleet takes a lot of coordination between different people. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the desks, but we eventually work through it. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. We’ve been here for some time now and know the security guards and the other tenants well. People come in looking for a decent deal or just to sort out their car registrations. We try to be straight and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a competitive business, but we just focus on doing our own thing. Being so close to the container yard means there’s always movement and noise outside the window. The traffic is just something you learn to live with. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just a place to do business and talk about cars. If you come by, just head up the stairs to the first floor.
