You can find our shop at Telkar Niwas on Datta Mandir Road in Malad East. We are located right behind the Sangeeta Theatre, which is a pretty well-known landmark if you spend any time in this part of the city. The shop is tucked away a little bit from the main rush, but once you find us, you will see we have quite a lot of bags packed into the small space. We have backpacks, travel bags, and smaller items too. It is a family-run kind of vibe here, nothing too stiff or formal. We spend a lot of time just chatting with customers about what they need a bag for, whether it is for school or a weekend trip. The road outside can get very congested with traffic, but inside it is usually just us and the stock. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. Most of our customers are locals who live in Malad or people who happen to be going to the theatre for a show. We have been at this location for some time now and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the people who walk by. Sometimes we stay open a little later if someone is still browsing, but usually, we follow the standard hours. We just try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. If a bag is not right, we say so.
