Taisaheb Hi-Tech is based in Satgaon Mhasala, over in Buldhana. We run things from Didansing Mansing’s place at DL/241. Despite the hi-tech in our name, we are just a group of regular farmers. We try to use better tools and methods, but we are still out in the fields every day. Most of us have been farming in Buldhana for a long time. We set this company up to help each other with the business side of things. Farming is the main life here, and it can be difficult when the rains don't come on time. We don't have a fancy office or any polished staff. If you come by, you’ll just see a normal house where we do our bookkeeping. We sit and talk about our crops and what needs to be bought for the next season. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We all know each other’s families and farms. Our main goal is just to keep our farms running and make sure everyone has what they need. We manage our own transport and sales without any big outside help. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy all year round. We don't have time for marketing or promotional stuff. We just focus on the soil and the plants. That’s how we’ve always done it, and it works for us in Satgaon Mhasala.
