Oxybay Farms Private Limited

It gets pretty loud here in the Ashok Industrial Estate in Mulund West. Being at Unit 32 means we are right in the thick of things with trucks coming and going all day long. Oxybay Farms is basically run from this spot, and it is mostly just us trying to keep track of everything on a daily basis. The space is a bit cramped once you get all the files and a few people inside the room. You can hear the neighbors working through the walls most afternoons. We usually start our day early before the heat gets too bad because the industrial estate can get quite stuffy. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit but we just wait it out and talk about whatever is happening in the market. It is not the kind of place you would find in a magazine. We have some old posters on the wall and a desk that has been here since we moved in. Getting things delivered to Mulund West can be a chore with the traffic on the main road, but we manage. We do not really have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to make sure the farm side of things is moving along. It is practical work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the business stays steady and we get our work finished.
