Auroch Agro Farms Llp

Our office is in Mulund West at Anant Regency, right on MM Malviya Road. It’s opposite the telephone exchange. Auroch Agro Farms Llp is where we manage our farm interests from the city. It’s a bit different because we are in a building, C/701 and 702, but our hearts are still in the fields. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to the plots. Being in Mumbai helps with the logistics, but the real work happens in the dirt. We aren’t corporate types in suits. Most of the time we’re in plain clothes, looking at maps or talking to the workers. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the seeds arrive on time and the water is running. We started this because we saw a gap between the city and the farm. We try to bridge that. The office gets a bit cluttered with papers and samples. We don’t have a big cleaning crew. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just a regular workspace. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the weather reports. We aren't doing this to get rich quick. It’s about building something that lasts. People in Mulund know where we are if they need to talk about land or farming.
