Lavails Agriculture And Properties Private Limited is located in the middle of all the noise in Mumbai. We have an office in Suite 3A, on the B Wing, Level 7 of Times Square on Andheri Kurla Road. It’s a very different world from the farms we deal with. Being in Andheri East means we are close to the airport and all the big businesses, which helps when we have to meet people or get things signed. Even though we are in a fancy building like Times Square, we are still focused on the ground. We spend our days looking at property maps and agriculture reports. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time in traffic than in the office, but that’s just how Mumbai is. We work on various agriculture projects and try to figure out the best way to manage land and properties. Our office is busy, with people coming in and out and phones ringing all the time. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just handle the business side of things so that the actual farming or property development can happen. It’s a lot of details to keep track of, like taxes and land records and local rules. We just try to keep our heads down and get the work finished so we can go home at the end of the day.
