Black Wheat Foods Llp

Our shop is number 45 in the Centrium Shopping Centre, which is part of the Lokhandwala Complex in Kandivali East. It’s right on Akurli Road, so there are always plenty of people walking by. We focus on black wheat, which is a bit different from what you usually see in the grocery stores. The shopping center can get quite crowded, especially on the weekends, so we are kept on our toes. Running a small food business in a place like Kandivali means you meet all sorts of people every day. We spend a lot of time stocking the shelves and talking to customers who are curious about what black wheat actually is. It’s not a huge shop, just enough space for us to display our products and keep a little bit of storage in the back. Black Wheat Foods is basically a small team effort. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that; we are right there behind the counter most of the time. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall acts up, and it gets a bit warm, but we just deal with it. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the billing. It’s a lot of work to keep a retail spot going, but we like being in the middle of the Lokhandwala community. We just try to keep the shelves full and the shop looking decent for whoever walks in off the street.
