Shetkari Sanghachi Toli Agrofarmz Private Limited

We started this thing called Shetkari Sanghachi Toli Agrofarmz Private Limited because we wanted to do something with agriculture from here in Mumbai. Our office is up on the second floor of the Meridien Apartment building on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. It's not a huge place, just a regular office setup in Building Number 1. Most people know the area as a busy spot, but we’re focused on the farming side of things. There are a few of us working here every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at paperwork related to the crops and the farmers we work with. Mumbai might seem like an odd place for an agro company, but it works for us because of the connections. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the traffic outside is pretty loud, but we get used to it. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the work done day by day. It’s been an interesting journey so far. We deal with people from all over, mostly talking about the land and what’s growing. We're just regular folks trying to make a living in the city while staying connected to the ground. If you’re ever near building one in Andheri, you might see us coming and going. We aren't trying to be anything flashy, just a small team working out of a flat. We just do our best.
