We are tucked away on Danda Road in Khar West. It’s Room No. 2 on the ground floor of the Shree Mahalaxmi building. It's a Co-Op housing society, so it feels more like a home than a big office building. We do aquatic and veg food stuff. The sea is close by, which makes sense for the aquatic part of our name. Danda is a fishing village area, so there’s always a smell of salt and fish in the air. It’s a bit crowded on the street with the autos and people walking to the market. Our office is small and simple. We don't have fancy furniture, just some desks and chairs that have seen better days. It's a ground floor spot, which is handy for moving things in and out. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello while they’re out for a walk. We keep busy with the food side of things, making sure everything is handled right. Khar is a busy place, but our little corner is somewhat quiet once you step inside. We don't use much fancy tech, just the basics to get the job done. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We've been here for a while and know the local rhythms. It gets a bit damp during the monsoon since we are so close to the water, but we just deal with it. It’s just how it is living and working in this part of Mumbai. We don't make a big fuss about things, just do our daily work.
