R.A.S Rural And Agro Ventures Llp

We are located in Thakur Village, which is a busy part of Kandivali East in Mumbai. Our office is in Evershine Millennium Paradise, specifically in building 22, flat 604. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite different from the rural places we actually work with. R.A.S Rural And Agro Ventures Llp was started to bridge that gap between the city and the countryside. Living in Mumbai, everything is fast, but we try to keep our focus on the agro side of things. It’s a small operation here in the flat. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our computers, talking to folks out in the fields and then trying to arrange things from this end. The traffic in Kandivali can be a nightmare, so we do a lot of our meetings right here. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who care about how food gets from the farm to the table. Some days we are buried in paperwork and other days we are planning trips out to the rural districts. It is a bit of a juggle, living in a big city like Mumbai while keeping your mind on the soil and the seasons. We just do what we can from our small corner of Evershine Millennium Paradise to make the agro business work for everyone involved. It keeps us busy and there is always something new to learn about the market.
