The building is an old industrial style, and it gets pretty busy with all the trucks and people moving around the estate. Inside, it’s just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and talk to suppliers. We aren’t interested in looking like a big corporation. We just need a space to work. The street is always loud, and there’s always someone coming or going. We focus on the practical side of getting produce from the farms to the market. We don't have a big team of writers or designers. Most of what we do is just talking on the phone or meeting with people who come through the door. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment. We started this to help bridge the gap between the rural farms and the big city demand. It’s a lot of coordination and late nights, but it works for us.
