Lenience Agro Farm Private Limited

You might find it a bit strange that an agro company is based in the middle of Jogeshwari West. We are located on Behrambaugh Road, in Sultanabad Villa, Building Number 4. Our office is just in Flat Number 1. It’s a small space, but it’s where we handle all the business for our farm. The actual land is quite a distance away, so we spend a lot of our time here on the phone or managing the logistics of getting produce into the city. Mumbai is always loud and crowded, and our street is no exception. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking outside the window while we’re trying to work. It’s not like a typical farm office with fields right outside the door. We have to keep track of a lot of different things, from transport schedules to worker payments. It’s a small family business, so we do everything ourselves. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the kitchen table because we don't have enough desk space. It’s a bit messy and disorganized at times, but we get the job done. We know all the shopkeepers around here and they often ask how the crops are doing. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the food gets to where it needs to go without too much delay. Living in the city while working in agriculture is a bit of a balancing act every single day.
