We aren't a fancy restaurant or a big corporate office. We are just people who know fish. Our space is small and we use it for everything from paperwork to organizing what comes in from the boats. It gets cramped sometimes, especially when we have a lot of stock moving through. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We buy seafood, we sell seafood, and we make sure it gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic in Mumbai makes our lives difficult, but that is just part of living here. We are a local bunch. We know the fishermen and the market folks. It’s a tough business, but we have been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We make mistakes sometimes, but we always try to make things right. It is just a regular business run by regular people. We wake up early, we work, and we do it again.
