You can find us at Shop 2 in the C Wing of Sahyog CHSL, right on S N Dubey Road. We’re in the Rawalpada area of Dahisar East. If you know where the Smita Wine Shop is, we are just near there. It’s a busy little corner of Mumbai. We’ve got plants and nursery stuff all over the place. Elitegreen Farms & Nursery Llp is where we spend our days. It gets a bit cramped with all the pots and soil, but we like it that way. People from the neighborhood stop by to look at flowers or ask about their garden. We aren’t experts who went to big schools for this; we just know what grows well in this heat. The air is a bit better around the plants even though the road outside is always noisy. We spend a lot of time watering and making sure everything stays alive in the sun. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. My cousin helps out on the weekends when it gets crowded. We get our stock from different places and try to keep a good variety. The shop gets quite dusty because of all the traffic, so we are always cleaning the leaves of the bigger plants. It’s a never-ending job. Dahisar East has changed a lot, more buildings now, so people want more greenery in their homes. We try to help them out with that. My neighbor often stops by just to chat about his plants.
