Early Harvest Indoor Farms Llp is a bit different because we aren't out in the open fields. We are located in Borivali East, specifically at 601 B Wing, Nand Dham Palace. It’s right near Ruksan Nagar and Nancy Colony. We use the space we have indoors to grow things, which is why our address looks like a regular apartment building. Cts 2379 2380 is where we spend most of our hours, adjusting lights and checking on the plants in a controlled environment. Living and working in Mumbai means space is tight, so we had to get creative. It’s a lot of technical work, making sure the temperature and water are just right. We don't have the sun to rely on like traditional farms, so we have to watch things very closely. It’s a bit of a strange sight to see a farm setup inside a building like Nand Dham Palace, but it works for what we do. The neighborhood is always busy with people going to the station or shopping, so it’s a very urban feel. We are just a few people trying to make this indoor thing work. It takes a lot of patience and some trial and error with the equipment. We don't have a lot of help, so we do everything ourselves, from the heavy lifting to the delicate planting. It’s just our daily routine in Borivali.
