Bamboonest Agrotech is located in Mulund East, Mumbai. We are in the Viraj building at Flat 401. Since it is an One Person Company, it’s a very personal project. We mostly deal with bamboo and how it can be used in farming. Being in a big city like Mumbai is different from being on a farm, but we handle all the planning and business stuff from here. It’s a busy place, and the office is just a regular flat where the work gets done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. We try to connect what happens in the city with the actual bamboo growers out in the rural areas. It’s a lot of back and forth, and it can be a bit tiring with the Mumbai traffic and noise. We don't have a big team or a fancy corporate structure. It’s just about finding better ways to use bamboo. We don't use marketing jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. Sometimes we travel out to the fields to see how the plants are doing. It’s a straightforward business and we take it one step at a time. We keep our own records and manage everything ourselves. It’s just us trying to build something useful and practical. If you’re in Mulund, that’s where you’ll find our home base.
