We have our office at Lodha Supremus on Saki Vihar Road in Powai. Being in a place like Mumbai, especially in a big building like this, makes the farming business feel a bit different. Usually, when you think of farming, you think of open fields and quiet mornings, but here it is all about the 10th-floor view and the constant sound of traffic down below. We use this space to manage the Amrit Aahar operations. It’s where we do all the planning and the meetings. Saki Vihar Road is always jammed, so getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle some mornings. We aren't your typical farmers with dirt under our fingernails every day, but we are very much involved in how the food is grown and where it goes. It is a lot of coordination between the rural areas and the city markets. We spend our time looking at data and talking to suppliers. It is a professional setup, but we try to keep it down to earth because at the end of the day, it is still about agriculture. We don't have any fancy slogans or marketing talk; we just focus on the logistics of the farming business. It is a fast-paced environment here in Mumbai, and we just try to keep up with everything while making sure our farming interests are looked after properly. It’s a lot of work.
