Sheth Shri Motilal Mulchand Vidyalaya is right in the heart of Dhrangadhra. If you know the Surendra Nagar-Gujarat area, you probably know our street. The pin code is 363310 if you are looking us up on a map. Our school isn't new; the floors are a bit worn and the paint on the doors has been touched up many times over the years. We spend our days making sure the kids have their books and that the bells ring on time. It can get quite dusty outside when the wind picks up, which is common around here, so we are always sweeping the hallways. The teachers here have been around for a long time, and some of them actually went to school here themselves when they were young. That’s just how it is in Dhrangadhra. We don't do anything flashy. There are no big screens or fancy gadgets in every room, just teachers who know their subjects and students who are trying to get through their lessons. During the lunch break, the whole place smells like the food students bring from home in their steel tiffin boxes. It’s a nice, familiar smell that reminds you why we are all here. We just try to keep the atmosphere calm so everyone can focus. It’s a lot of work to manage a school like this, but we have a good routine down now after so many years of being here.
