S.M International

We've been at Ayodhya Bhawan on Zigar Road for a good while now. It’s right there in Diwan Bazar, not too far from Jamin Nai Meya Masjid if you're looking for us. Moradabad is a busy place, and our spot is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. We handle a lot of different things here at S.M International. Mostly we get orders and move goods from one place to another. It started small. My brother and I just wanted to do something that worked for the family. The traffic on Zigar Road can get pretty bad around noon, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning before it gets too crowded. People know us by the building name. It’s an old place, but it serves us well. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops pop up and old ones close down, but we’re still here. It’s not always easy running things, especially when shipments are late or the weather gets too hot in the summer. But we manage. Most days it's just about answering the phone and making sure the crates are packed right. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a decent job every day.
