Plastic House

If you are looking for Plastic House, we are right there in Ramganga Vihar. We sit directly opposite the Sales Tax Office on Kanth Road. It’s a landmark most people know, so we don’t have to give directions much. The shop is filled with all sorts of plastic stuff, from buckets to storage bins and kitchen containers. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we try to keep a lot of stock on the shelves. Kanth Road stays busy, and we get a lot of people stopping in on their way home from work. The shelves are mostly metal and they’ve seen better days, but they hold the weight. We spend a lot of time dusting things off because the road outside kicks up a lot of grit. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We spend the mornings unpacking boxes and trying to find space for new arrivals. Sometimes we run out of a specific color and have to wait for the next delivery truck to show up. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t do anything fancy, just sell what people need for their houses. The light in the shop isn't the brightest, but you can see what you’re buying. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We usually close up when the sun goes down and the traffic thins.
