Pal Enterprise

Pal Enterprise. We’re located in Ward No. 22, in the Kisrol area of Nagphani. If you look for the Chowraha Police Station, we are right across the street. Being so close to the station means there’s always something going on outside. Lots of sirens and people coming and going. It’s a very old part of town, so the buildings are all packed together. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly general trading. The shop is small, and we have shelves stacked all the way to the ceiling. I usually have to use a rickety ladder to find what people are looking for. It’s a bit cramped, but we know where everything is. My cousin helps me out on the busy days, usually when the market is full on weekends. The tea seller on the corner knows exactly how we like our chai, and he brings it over around four o’clock. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop and our regulars who have been coming for years. The front door sticks a bit when it’s humid, so you have to give it a good shove to get it open. It’s a noisy, busy place but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We just do our thing and try to keep the customers happy without making a big fuss about it. The floor is old tiles that are chipped in the corners, but it adds character. It's just a regular local shop where we know everyone by name.
