Vicky Impex

We have been running things here at Vicky Impex for a good bit now. Our place is right at Holi Chowk in the Mangal Pura area of Sarai Tarin. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets pretty busy around the chowk, especially during festivals or just regular market days. We aren't a big corporation with fancy glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we get our work done. Most days, it’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure things move along like they should. Sarai Tarin has a lot of history with local trade, and we are just another part of that scene. Sometimes the roads get blocked up with carts or rickshaws, but that is just how life is here. We started this because we wanted something of our own in the local area. There isn't much to say about our office setup—it's practical and has what we need to stay organized. We don't spend much time worrying about how the front looks as long as the work is getting finished. People from around Mangal Pura stop by occasionally just to chat or check on things. It feels like a community here. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or complicated goals, just coming in every morning and doing the job until it's time to close up and go home to our families. It is a long day usually, but we like it.
