If you know Rampur Road, you probably know where we are. Bansal Impex is right across from the Hanuman Ji Murti. It’s a good landmark because everyone uses it for directions when they are lost. We’ve been here for a long time now. The road gets really dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that’s just how it is in this part of town and we don't mind it much. We spend our days dealing with various goods coming in and going out. It’s a lot of loading and unloading, honestly. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it rains and the road gets messy and muddy. We have a small storage area and a tiny office where we handle the billing and the other boring stuff. My brother and I started this because we wanted to work for ourselves instead of for someone else. It’s not always easy, and some months are definitely better than others. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot on Rampur Road. Usually, we’re just wearing old clothes because the work is dirty and there's no point in dressing up. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask for directions because of the murti across the street. We try to be helpful to everyone. Bansal Impex is just a basic operation. We don't use big words or try to act like we're more than we are.
