H. Lal Interntional

Kothiwal Nagar is a bit quieter than the main market areas, and that’s where you’ll find H. Lal Interntional. We operate out of a building that looks like many others on the street, so you have to keep an eye out for the small sign near the gate. It’s not a high-tech facility with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we handle all our business. There’s a big old tree right outside that gives us some shade in the summer, which we really appreciate. Inside, the desks are covered in ledgers and various bits of stationery because we still like to keep track of things on paper when we can. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new houses and shops popping up all around us. Despite the "International" in our name, we feel very much like a local fixture. The staff has been with us for a long time, and we’re more like a family than a group of employees. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about everything from the weather to the latest cricket match. It’s a slow and steady kind of place. We don't try to compete with the giants; we just focus on doing our own thing and keeping our regulars happy. Sometimes the courier arrives late and we have to stay an hour extra, but nobody complains much because the work has to be done.
