Over in Qanoon Goyan, things move at a bit of a different pace. J. T. Overseas is right in the middle of it. The streets here are narrow, so getting things in and out can be a real headache sometimes. You have to know the shortcuts and the best times to move the bigger loads. We’ve been in this area for a long time. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history in the walls. Our office is old too, with high ceilings and those big heavy doors. It gets a bit cold in the winter months. We don't have any fancy decorations. Just the stuff we need to work. Most days are spent dealing with suppliers and making sure everything is counted right. We don't really do the whole modern office thing. There's a lot of manual work involved. You'll see us out on the street quite a bit, talking to the loaders or checking the crates. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. Qanoon Goyan has its own rhythm. You get used to the sounds of the market nearby. It’s not always easy, especially when it rains and the lanes get muddy, but we've managed to stay put. We know everyone around here and they know us. It feels like home even when the work is stressful. We just take it one day at a time and do what is needed.
