Royal Impex

Royal Impex is based over in Nai Basti. It’s a crowded area with lots of narrow lanes and people moving about, but we like the energy there. Our space isn’t very big, so we have to be quite careful about how we stack things so we don't run out of room. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves most days. Being in Nai Basti means there’s always something happening right outside the door, whether it's a delivery or just people talking. We handle various goods, mostly moving stuff in and out of the city for different people. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of the inventory we have on hand. We aren’t really interested in being some big, polished corporation. We’re just local people doing a job and trying to do it well. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is a bit worn from all the boxes moving around every day. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the manifests and check the shipping dates. It’s a bit of a maze getting to us if you don’t know the area well. We’ve been here long enough that all the local shopkeepers know who we are. Some days we stay late just to make sure a shipment gets on the truck for the early morning run. It’s just the way things are done here. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist, just us working at our desks.
